Key Responsibilities

  • Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and inter-office correspondence to appropriate departments and individuals accurately and promptly.
  • Process outgoing mail, including weighing, stamping, and preparing items for dispatch using postal meters and shipping software.
  • Maintain organized records of incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
  • Operate and maintain mailroom equipment such as postage machines, scanners, and package tracking systems.
  • Coordinate with external courier services for urgent deliveries and pickups.
  • Manage mailroom supplies inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
  • Assist with other administrative and office support tasks as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
