Our goal is for our app to become your global lifestyle companion, with the ability to offer you bespoke recommendations while consistently saving you time and effort, through an end-to-end digital booking experience.


Job Description

  • Receive and process members’ travel requests received through our invitation-only concierge app
  • Quick turnaround of inbound travel requests and providing travel expertise to our in-house lifestyle management team within set timeframes
  • Administration of ongoing travel requests from quote to booking (end to end)
  • Using our network of suppliers to maximise options for our members and actively working to increase this network
  • Advising members on product and service offers and their availability
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales and service targets each month
  • Actively report back on member feedback and any service issues to contribute to product and service improvement that supports our overall vision
  • Be an ambassador to a luxury company, identifying opportunities to grow our membership base
  • Support our team at supplier events to build partnerships
  • Participate in trade shows when required to promote the business
  • Opportunity to attend product training educational trips

Qualifications
  • Interest in the power of technology to disrupt the traditional travel agency industry and an eagerness to suggest ways that our business can improve through technology-driven solutions
  • Luxury travel sales experience, with a track record of achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Ability to work across shifts as required, including occasional weekends
  • Professional presentation; ability to communicate effectively with high-end clients both verbally and in writing
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office or equivalent Google applications and the ability to learn new applications quickly
  • Ability to absorb extensive information around luxury travel, villas, packages, bespoke trips
  • Enjoy working for a fast paced start-up work environment that has an open and exciting culture

Additional Information


This role pays up to £40k base salary with generous commission based on realistic, manageable sales targets and stock options. Our team works together every Wednesday and Thursday on-site in our central London office with the option to work on-site as often as you wish or work from home for the remainder of the week.
