You:

  • are a customer-focused professional with at least two years of experience in client service, account management, sales, or a similar role
  • are skilled in handling large volumes of inbound and outbound calls, along with emails, communicating with clients effectively
  • are highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • are an expert communicator with exceptional written and verbal skills, and can provide tailored recommendations
  • are passionate about travel and hospitality, eager to learn about luxury hotels and destinations
  • are confident, self-motivated, and committed to delivering a first-class client experience

The Work:

  • Gain an understanding of client requirements & convert inquiries into luxury hotel reservations through inbound and outbound calls and email
  • Provide expert guidance and personalized recommendations based on client preferences
  • Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and loyalty
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and expand client base through referrals
  • Proactive reach outs to existing client base, staying ahead of future travel plans
  • Stay informed about luxury hotels, promotions, and membership perks to enhance the client experience
  • Promote and sell an elevated membership program, allowing clients access to additional perks

Pay Details:

Base: $36,500

Paid training (3 months)

Total on-target earnings year 1: $45,000-50,000 (estimation)

Total on-target earnings year 2: $50,000-60,000 (estimation)

Start date: approximately April 6, 2026
