lululemon's Global Brand Creative team is responsible for elevating the brand in a way that drives an inspired understanding of the stories that underpin and uniquely define lululemon. The team develops creative and communications guidelines, frameworks, concepts, and campaign creative that shape how the brand comes to life around the world.

core responsibilities

We're looking for a Senior Producer - Global Brand to partner with our Brand Marketing, Creative Operations, and Brand Creative teams to deliver best-in-class integrated marketing campaigns. You will leverage and develop strong partnerships internally with working teams and stakeholders and externally with production partners and vendors to bring creative concepts to life. You are a leader, creative problem solver, and operational thinker with a love of people and production and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Lead the end-to-end production of high-visibility marketing campaigns and top-tier initiatives, from brief intake through final delivery, overseeing pre-production, production, and post-production.
  • Partner closely with Brand Marketing, Brand Creative, Creative Operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders to deliver work that meets business objectives on time, on budget, and to the highest creative standard.
  • Proactively identify and manage production risks, assessing impacts and presenting clear solutions; confidently escalate and enrol senior leaders when alignment or decisions are required.
  • Own and manage large-scale production budgets ($1M+), in partnership with Brand Managers, ensuring accurate forecasting, tracking, reconciliation, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain detailed production schedules and multi-workstream timelines, aligning deliverables across internal teams and external agency or production partners.
  • Oversee all production logistics and documentation, including contracts, permits, releases, licensing, insurance, and legal approvals, in close collaboration with Legal, Business Affairs, and Asset Protection teams.
  • Develop and maintain a best-in-class roster of production and creative vendors, leveraging industry relationships and sourcing partners that elevate creative execution.
  • Onboard, manage, and lead external production partners through pre-production, shoot, and post-production phases, ensuring clarity of scope, expectations, and adherence to established ways of working.
  • Identify opportunities to improve production processes, tools, and workflows, driving efficiencies while supporting the growth and evolution of the production function.
  • Act as a production subject-matter expert across the business, providing guidance, mentorship, and education to producers, creatives, and other cross-functional partners.


qualifications
  • 8-10+ years of progressive experience in photo and video content or commercial production
  • Strong production background required; agency experience producing large-scale marketing or commercial work is an asset.
  • Proven experience collaborating with multidisciplinary marketing and creative teams, with a deep understanding of creative workflows and production processes.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically while executing with precision.
  • Established industry relationships and a trusted network of production and creative partners.
  • Experience working within a global retail or consumer brand environment preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and partners through complex production timelines, milestones, and decision gates.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities with efficiency and composure.
  • Willingness and ability to occasionally travel as required.

compensation and benefits package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from  $112,000 - $147,000 annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
