We are seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners to provide Telehealth services in Medical Weight Loss and Urgent Care, with optional TRT/HRT coverage.
This is an excellent opportunity for NPs looking for flexible, remote work starting December 29, 2025.

🏥 Job Details:

Specialty: Family Practice – Telehealth (Medical Weight Loss & Urgent Care; optional TRT/HRT)
Setting: Virtual care platform
Schedule:

Providers must commit to 20+ synchronous hours per week
Operating Hours (EST):

MWL: 7:00 AM – 12:00 AM
Urgent Care: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
TRT/HRT: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM


Flexible shifts (Day, Swing, Night, Weekends)


Start Date: ~2–5 weeks credentialing and onboarding
Contract Length: ~13 weeks (flexible)
Work Expectations:

Submit monthly availability for patient scheduling
Synchronous visits required; asynchronous chart reviews allowed
Training: 2 days (technology setup, scheduling, test patients)




✅ Requirements:

Active NP license(s) – multi-state preferred (8+ licenses auto-qualify)
3+ years of NP experience
1+ years experience prescribing MWL medications
Medicare eligibility required (PECOS verification)
Family Practice background; experience in Urgent Care and Medical Weight Loss
Ability to manage higher encounter volume and multiple service lines
Reliable professional environment for telehealth delivery
No disqualifiers (felonies, unresolved federal debt, malpractice within 5 years)

Estimated timeframe: 2–5 weeks
Includes background checks, PECOS verification, and technology setup
Training: 2 days (live modules, checkpoints, test patients)
Must pass all test patients to onboard successfully
