<Job Summary>
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Licensed Insurance Agent (Remote - P&C Required) to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your insurance expertise to connect with clients, provide tailored coverage options, and drive sales through exceptional customer service. This opportunity allows you control of your book and your business. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while engaging in outside sales activities, negotiations, and marketing efforts to expand our client base. This is an agency partner role with equity in the book of business you sell. 1099 role

Responsibilities

The primary responsibility is to build a book of business through:

  • Prospecting: Establishing referral partner relationships (Real Estate, Mortgage, etc.).
  • Market Utilization: Leveraging an existing natural market to fast-track success.
  • Consulting: Analyzing options with a large carrier portfolio to mitigate household risk.
  • Revenue Generation: Achieving monthly new business goals at an individual level.

Compensation & Requirements

  • Earnings Potential: $45,000 - $90,000 (Year 1)- 1099 opportunity
  • Structure: Uncapped new business commissions + renewal commissions year-over-year.

Experience and Education:

  • Insurance Expertise: Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is essential.
  • Client Commitment: Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Market Analysis: Ability to analyze market data and trends effectively.
  • Sales Background: Experience in outside sales is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Additional Skills: Familiarity with benefits administration is a plus.
  • Licensing: Existing Property & Casualty (P&C) license in your resident state is required.
  • Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
