Position Overview

We are seeking skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide evidence-based, patient-centered care in a collaborative healthcare environment. This role offers clinical advancement, hands-on training, and professional development through structured mentorship. The RN will assess patients, implement care plans, administer treatments, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.

Patient Care Focus

You will care for patients with varying needs, including:

  • Chronic Condition Management: Supporting conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and respiratory illnesses.
  • Daily Living Assistance: Helping with activities like mobility, grooming, and bathing.
  • Wound and Skin Care: Performing dressing changes and preventing pressure ulcers.
  • Medication Administration: Ensuring accurate and timely administration of prescribed medications.
  • Monitoring and Assessment: Tracking health changes and addressing concerns.
  • Emotional Support: Building strong, meaningful connections to support mental well-being.

Acuity Levels & Nurse-Patient Ratios

  • Patient Acuity: Typically low to moderate, with a focus on stabilization and chronic care.
  • Ratios:
  • Standard assignments: 3-4 patients per nurse.
  • Higher acuity areas: 1-3 patients per nurse.

Tools & Technology

  • Electronic Health Records: EPIC or similar systems.
  • Medication Dispensing
  • Support Equipment: Lift devices, wound vacuums, and mobility aids.

Orientation Program

12–13-week orientation program is designed to ensure a smooth transition into your role as a Registered Nurse (RN) you will receive structured training, hands-on experience, and mentorship from experienced preceptors. The program includes ongoing assessments, clinical skill development, and a strong support system to build your confidence and expertise in delivering high-quality patient care. This orientation will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment while advancing your professional growth

Skills for Success

  • Expertise in wound care, medication management, and assisting with daily activities.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with patients and families.
  • Experience coordinating with interdisciplinary teams and planning discharges.

Requirements

  • Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association).
  • Licensure: Active, unencumbered RN license.
