  • Develop and maintain long terms trusting relationships with a portfolio of top advertisers to ensure they do not churn and move to competing platforms
  • Continually acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Ensure the correct solutions are delivered to our top advertisers in a timely manner
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal client's teams
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by our top advertisers and deal with complaints in an efficient manner to maintain trust and protect revenue
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • Manage regular meetings our top advertisers including weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics

  • Proven experience as Key Account Manager
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Outstanding ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  • Proficiency in Business Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
  • Good knowledge/experience in performance marketing and SEM, good hands-on skills.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in assisting clients in China, having worked in Chinese export industry
  • Working experience from similar tech platform or digital marketing firm.
