Develop and maintain relationships with K-12 schools and districts to promote Nelnet's financial solutions. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the K-12 education market. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and changes in the K-12 education landscape. Build and maintain a deep understanding of Nelnet's financial solutions and how they can benefit K-12 schools and districts. Create and deliver sales presentations to educate clients on Nelnet's products and services. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Collaborate with internal departments, such as marketing and product development, to develop strategies and materials to effectively promote Nelnet's offerings to the K-12 education market. Utilize sales tools and systems to track and report on sales activities and progress. Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure all sales activities are in accordance with laws and policies. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote Nelnet's brand and products. Mentor and train junior team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge of the K-12 education market.
