SOCIAL CONTENT CREATOR

(On-Camera + TikTok / Reels)

We are a small, national social strategy studio working with large brands. Based in Sheffield. There are two of us.

We’re looking for someone who is already making content and wants access to bigger rooms.

We don’t care about your degree.

We care about what you’ve already made.

You must:

  • Already create TikToks or Reels
  • Be confident speaking to camera
  • Understand hooks, pacing and watch time
  • Edit cleanly (subtitles, rhythm, sound)
  • Film well on an iPhone
  • Deliver work that is publishable

You don’t need to be “polished.”

You need to be sharp and coachable.

What You’ll Do

  • Film short-form content with us (talking-head, BTS, format-driven, brand-led)
  • Co-create concepts and iterate fast
  • Edit videos into publishable assets
  • Work across a diverse range of national brand accounts
  • Operate inside a small, high-standard team

We move quickly, care about quality and give direct feedback.

What We’ll Teach You

  • How content fits into brand strategy
  • How to make social work commercially
  • How to operate in national brand environments
  • How to refine instinct into structured creative thinking

If you’re already into this world but want to accelerate this is for you.

The Energy

You’re already obsessed with content.

You want proximity to bigger projects.

You’re ambitious but not chaotic.

You can take feedback without folding.

We actively encourage applications from underrepresented backgrounds and disabled creators. If you need adjustments to work well, tell us what helps.

Structure

Send:

  • Links to 3 TikToks/Reels you’ve made

We look forward to hearing from you.
