Description

Arthur James Gallery is an independent advisory specialising in fine art as an alternative investment asset. We represent both blue-chip masters (Banksy, Picasso, Hockney) and emerging contemporary names, providing clients with access to carefully selected opportunities often unavailable on the open market.

As we expand, we are seeking Remote Junior Brokers and Senior Brokers to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to enter (or advance within) the international art investment sector – an industry combining culture, exclusivity, and financial performance.

What we offer

  • Structured training programme – learn to advise high-net-worth collectors and investors with confidence.
  • Uncapped commissions – performance is rewarded generously; top performers regularly achieve five-figure monthly earnings.
  • Career progression – clear pathway from junior to senior broker/closer roles.
  • Prestige product – investment-grade artworks, positioned as alternative assets with real scarcity and demand.
  • Dynamic environment – competitive, ambitious, and collaborative – a culture designed to produce results.

What we’re looking for

  • Ambition – highly motivated by earnings and personal growth.
  • Discipline – willing to commit to calls, training, and targets.
  • Presence – articulate, confident, and persuasive in communication.
  • Versatility – juniors with no direct experience welcome; senior sales professionals with proven track records highly valued.

The role

  • Advising and pitching to private high-net-worth individuals.
  • Presenting curated investment opportunities with authority.
  • Building long-term client relationships based on trust and performance.
  • Meeting and exceeding structured monthly targets with the support of a driven team.
  • Qualifying leads for the Senior Sales reps to close

This is not a routine office position. It is a fast-paced sales floor role for individuals with the ambition to succeed, the confidence to engage, and the appetite to build a career in the exclusive art investment market.
