Provide technical support for Java, Unix, and Shell applications, with a specific focus on Azure technology. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to application functionality, performance, and availability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to improve application performance and stability. Monitor and analyze system logs and performance metrics to proactively identify potential issues and make recommendations for improvements. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide timely and effective solutions. Develop and maintain documentation for application support processes and procedures. Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical applications. Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve support processes and procedures. Collaborate with development teams to provide feedback and suggestions for improving application design and architecture. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Train and mentor junior team members to improve their technical skills and knowledge. Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure timely resolution of customer issues. Contribute to the development and implementation of automation tools and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
