Job Title Interior Designer - Healthcare Location Orlando, FL (Hybrid 3 - 4 days remote) We are helping an award-winning architecture firm with offices in Orlando, Philadelphia, and New York. Nationally recognized for their healthcare, corporate research and corporate and advanced technology projects. Job Responsibilities • Develop designs that are practical, aesthetic and conducive to intended purposes. • Oversees and contributes to interior design contract and presentation documents in all project phases. • Present design solutions to clients and teams. • Fosters and maintains relationships with clients. • Establishes and develops expertise in particular field or area of interior design. • Leads and coordinates team of both in-house designers and architects and outside consultants, contractors, and vendors. • Provides mentoring, training, and support to entry and mid-level interior designers. • Prepares, issues, and reviews bids for furniture procurement. Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in interior design from accredited institution • Understands and implements market sector codes and requirements (i.e. Healthcare, Corporate Interiors, S&T, etc.) • Minimum 8 years relevant experience with at least 3 years of experience in healthcare • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Sketch-up, Photoshop, InDesign, Enscape • Strong communication and presentation skills • Excellent client management and leadership skills • Excellent problem‑solving skills • Excellent time and project management skills with strong follow up. • Ability to plan, organize, motivate, mentor, direct and evaluate the work of others. • Able to take direction as well as lead others. • Strong finish material knowledge and application • NCIDQ certification #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply tot his job
