Learn more about our story at: About the role We are looking for a highly strategic and proactive legal professional to join our team and lead IP and competitive legal strategy across our digital product portfolio. This role goes beyond traditional legal protection or reactive enforcement. You will use legal frameworks as a strategic instrument - protecting our assets, actively monitoring the market, and applying lawful pressure where necessary to safeguard our competitive position. You will operate with high autonomy and discretion, partnering closely with leadership to identify risks, enforce rights, and build strong legal leverage in dynamic digital markets. Key Responsibilities • Enforce and defend intellectual property and trademark rights across apps, websites, funnels, creatives, naming, and visual identity. • Proactively detect, document, and assess infringements, imitation patterns, and borderline practices designed to piggyback on our products. • Lead takedown processes, cease-and-desist actions, platform complaints, and related enforcement mechanisms with a strong focus on speed and tangible outcomes. • Develop legal positions and strategies that not only stand formally, but materially restrict infringing competitors’ ability to operate. • Design and execute structured legal enforcement strategies that increase the cost of non-compliance for bad-faith actors. • Continuously monitor the market and digital ecosystems to identify emerging risks and opportunities for legal leverage. • Collaborate with product, marketing, and executive teams to ensure IP protection is embedded early in brand, naming, and product development decisions. • Manage external counsel when necessary while maintaining strategic ownership internally. Qualifications • Strong background in intellectual property and trademark law, ideally within tech, digital products, mobile apps, or e-commerce. • Proven experience in IP enforcement, takedowns, disputes, and cross-platform complaints (e.g., app stores, hosting providers, ad platforms). • Demonstrated ability to translate legal frameworks into practical business strategy. • Tactical, resourceful mindset with strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. • Comfortable operating autonomously in fast-moving environments. • High level of discretion and sound professional judgment. • Excellent written and spoken English. • Experience working with international markets and cross-border enforcement is a strong advantage.
