@Wealth - Experienced Instagram & YouTube Content Team (Theme Page Growth Specialists)

Job Description:

We are building a high-growth personal finance / wealth-focused media brand and are seeking a small, experienced content team that has previously worked on large Instagram theme pages (1M+ followers) and/or high-performing YouTube channels.

If you've worked on accounts similar to @wealth (14M+ followers) or other large motivational/business theme pages, we want to speak with you.

This is not for beginners.

We are looking for a team that understands:

  • Viral Instagram Reels strategy
  • Carousel growth mechanics
  • Theme page content curation & repurposing
  • Hookdriven shortform scripting
  • Highretention YouTube editing
  • Trend monitoring & rapid execution
What We Need

We want a team that can handle the full content pipeline:

Instagram:

  • Viral Reels (motivational, wealth, business niche)
  • Carousels (highsave, highshare content)
  • Caption writing optimized for engagement
  • Hookdriven scripting
  • Trend adaptation
  • Thumbnail & cover optimization

YouTube:

  • Shortform YouTube Shorts

  • The Type of Team We're Looking For

You:

  • Have worked on Instagram theme pages with 1M+ followers
  • Understand viral psychology
  • Know how to structure hooks in the first 3 seconds
  • Understand algorithmbased growth (not guesswork)
  • Can show proof of accounts you've worked on
  • Operate as a small, agile team (not a massive agency)
  • Can scale content production consistently

Bonus if:

  • You have worked in the wealth, finance, business, or motivation niche
  • You understand storytellingbased brand building
  • You've helped grow accounts to 500K+ followers
  • You understand monetization strategy (affiliate, digital products, YouTube RPM optimization)
What Success Looks Like

  • Increased reach and engagement
  • Highperforming Reels (100K+ views consistently)
  • Growing followers organically
  • Strong retention on YouTube videos
  • A consistent, recognizable brand voice

To Apply, Please Include:

  • Links to Instagram accounts you've worked on
  • Links to YouTube channels you've edited for
  • Your role on those projects
  • Team structure (who does scripting, editing, thumbnails, etc.)
  • Monthly pricing model
  • Why you believe you're a strong fit
*NOTE: Applications without portfolio links will not be considered.

We are looking for a long-term partnership — not a one-off project.

If you've helped build large theme pages and YT accounts and understand how to engineer virality instead of chasing it… let's talk.

Contract duration of more than 6 months.

Mandatory skills:
Video Editing, Video Production, Social Media Marketing, Video Post-Editing, Video Commercial
