Inside Sales Associate-Remote At Intoxalock, a member of the Mindr family of brands, we are dedicated to being a force for good. Never restricting or judging. The Phone Sales Associate is primarily responsible for closing and scheduling installations for leads received via phone. Our sales roles have paid training and guaranteed commissions for the first 90 days. Average annual pay for the Sales Associate position is between $75k - $79k. Top earners can make over $100K per year. Commissions are uncapped in this position. Hours : Monday-Friday, 1 : 00PM-9 : 30PM Central Time (CST) (11 : 00AM-7 : 30PM PST, 12 : 00PM-8 : 30PM MST, 2 : 00PM-10 : 30PM EST), one Saturday or Sunday every 4th week. What You'll Be Doing : • Handle warm leads, communicate with prospects (primarily via phone), close sales, and schedule installations (No Cold Calling) • Build value in order to uncover needs and overcome objections • Maintain minimum quality expectations • Timely follow up on active prospect list • Work with Sales Team management, on an ongoing basis, to improve performance. • Ability to understand the entire sales process, from lead creation to closing • All other duties as assigned. What You'll Bring to the Table : • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred • 0-3 years of sales experience • Ability to type 30+ wpm • Desire to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong motivation and desire to control own income (commission-driven sales professionals) Why work for us? • Hourly range is $30-60 per hour (made up of base + uncapped commission)+ 401(k) + benefits. • Our Mission is to help people live and drive responsibly.
