WHAT YOU WILL DO - Identify and prospect key creators, influencers, and thought leaders in the wellness, fitness, lifestyle, and health space across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, X (Twitter), podcasts, and other social channels. - Maintain and track influencer campaigns, including onboarding partners, reviewing content, creating campaign materials, tracking live dates, recording performance, and leading post-campaign analysis - Monitor, pull, and analyze influencer performance post-campaign and report on key findings for campaign optimization - Share insights and learnings cross-functionally - Actively identify new trends across social platforms to constantly improve testing practices - Stay up-to-date with technology, tools, social and cultural trends, and influencer marketing strategies WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - 3+ years of influencer marketing experience across social platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, X (Twitter), and podcasts - High energy, superb organizational skills, a passionate go-getter attitude, and a proven ability to operate in a fast-moving, high-growth environment - An obsession with creator-driven content and the influencer landscape across video, social, and emerging platforms - Strong interpersonal, written communication, and organizational skills - A mix of creativity and curiosity, paired with natural analytical thinking - Willingness to take initiative and consistently follow through on projects - An eye for data, you are not afraid of campaign KPIs, performance metrics, and digging into the numbers - Strong working knowledge of common productivity and collaboration tools (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, or similar) - A can-do, positive attitude with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach; personable and flexible with changing priorities and business needs WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT • Part-time role • 100% remote, work from anywhere • Strong hourly pay TO APPLY Submit your resume.
