INBOUND ROOFING SALES PHONE SPECIALIST

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Inbound Roofing Sales Phone Specialist to handle incoming and outbound leads, qualify homeowners, schedule appointments, and convert opportunities into signed contracts.

This role provides evening and weekend coverage and plays a critical role in ensuring homeowners receive timely responses outside of standard business hours. Professionalism, clarity, and confidence on the phone are essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Handle inbound roofing leads and follow up on outbound lead opportunities
-Process leads from multiple marketing and referral sources
-Qualify homeowners and gather necessary project details
-Schedule inspections and appointments accurately
-Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects until resolution
-Track lead activity, notes, and outcomes in the CRM
-Communicate effectively with sales, production, and scheduling teams
-Ensure homeowners feel informed, heard, and confident throughout the process

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

-Minimum of 2 years of roofing or construction-related experience
-Minimum of 2 years of phone-based customer service or sales experience Strong scheduling and appointment coordination background
-Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls
-Excellent verbal communication and rapport-building skills
-Professional phone presence with clear and confident delivery
-Ability to work independently in a remote environment

COMPENSATION DETAILS:

-Base Pay: $15-$20/hour plus commission
-Commission Paid Per Sold Job

SCHEDULE:

-Monday–Friday: 5:00pm–9:00pm PST
-Weekends: 8:00am–5:00pm PST
-Strict availability during these Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours is required, regardless of applicant’s time zone.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
