About the Opportunity
We are hiring caring and reliable In-Home Caregivers and CNAs to support clients throughout the Wichita area. This role is ideal for individuals who want flexible scheduling, steady work, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in clients' lives while working independently in the field.

You will be part of a stable, well-supported home care team that values caregivers, provides structure without micromanagement, and offers consistent client demand.


Pay Information
CNA pay rate: $14.00 per hour


What You'll Do
Caregivers provide non-medical, in-home support that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. Duties may include:
Assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Supporting mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
Preparing simple meals and assisting with nutrition needs
Performing light housekeeping and laundry
Providing companionship and meaningful engagement
Giving medication reminders (non-clinical)
Running errands or accompanying clients to appointments when needed
Documenting care provided according to company guidelines

Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to pass a background check
TB test and physical required prior to starting (testing provided)
Reliable transportation preferred
Strong communication and time-management skills
Prior caregiving, HHA, or CNA experience helpful but not required
CNA or HHA certification is a plus but not mandatory
