About the position

Are you ready to lead the charge in redefining our Integrated Management System (IMS) for a sustainable future at LEGO? Join LEGO's mission to enhance our Integrated Management System, ensuring ISO compliance while driving continuous improvement and operational perfection at the LEGO Virginia site.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for designing and implementing and improving the Integrated Management System based on ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001 at the Virginia manufacturing site
  • Plan and implement internal and external audits and program to obtain and maintain certifications and resolve corrective actions effectively
  • Implement corrective and preventive measures for non-conformities to improve system performance and maintain high level of compliance
  • Report IMS performance metrics to local leadership and Global IMS Director, supporting management reviews, context of the organization and process evaluations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to address risks and opportunities related to management systems.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance IMS awareness and competence.
  • Lead IMS-related communities to promote engagement and protocols.
  • Define and implement global strategic improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and perfection.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding and experience with ISO standards and Business Process Management.
  • Analytical approach with the ability to identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Excellent planning skills, simplifying complex matters into actionable solutions.
  • Project management & organizational skills, capable of handling multiple projects and priorities.
  • Advanced education or experience in Quality Management, EHS Management, Engineering, Manufacturing or Business Administration.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, engaging with partners at all levels.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to effectively engage stakeholder on different organizational levels

Nice-to-haves

  • Preferably Lead auditor certification in ISO 9001 or ISO 45001.
  • Strong storytelling ability.
  • Takes initiative and acts on improvement opportunities.
  • Thrives in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with SAP Signavio is a plus.
