Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) trainee to join our dynamic team in Qatar. 

This role is designed for a recent university graduate looking to develop foundational HR skills in a fast-paced, professional environment. 

The successful candidate will support daily HR operations, assist with recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and HR documentation while learning our company’s best practices and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation, orientation scheduling, and initial benefits enrollment.
  • Maintain and organize employee records, HRIS data entry, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare and process basic HR-related correspondence and documentation (offer letters, contracts, amendments, and clearance forms).
  • Assist with policy administration, training coordination, and development program logistics.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support HR projects and process improvement initiatives under supervision.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational initiatives and initiatives related to employee engagement and culture.

 

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (University/College) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Career level: Trainee; eager to learn and develop HR competencies.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and compliance considerations (familiarity with Qatar labor regulations is a plus).
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS or ATS systems, are preferred.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
