Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental protocols across the data center construction site in Neom. The role demands a proactive approach to risk management, compliance with local and international safety standards, and coordination with project teams to ensure a safe working environment.

  • Implement and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and standards in line with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance.
  • Monitor contractor and subcontractor activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions.
  • Deliver HSE inductions and training sessions for site personnel and visitors.
  • Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training.
  • Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies for permits, inspections, and compliance matters.
  • Support the development of Emergency Response Plans and ensure readiness across the site.
  • Promote a culture of safety and environmental awareness among all stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing monthly HSE reports and dashboards for internal and client review.


Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
  • NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification is mandatory.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction safety, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or data center projects.
  • Prior experience working in KSA and familiarity with Saudi safety regulations is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of international HSE standards (OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
