Create and maintain data privacy training materials and resources for employees. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that data privacy considerations are integrated into all processes and systems. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with data privacy policies and procedures. Investigate and respond to any data privacy incidents or breaches in a timely and appropriate manner. Handle employee requests related to their personal data, including access, correction, and deletion. Serve as the main point of contact for all external inquiries related to employee data privacy. Stay informed on the latest developments and updates in data privacy laws and regulations and make recommendations for any necessary changes to company policies and procedures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of data processing activities, including data inventories and data flow maps. Collaborate with the IT department to ensure the security of employee data and systems. Provide regular reports to senior management on the company's data privacy practices and compliance status.
