We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-driven HR Administrator to join our team on a 12 months fixed term contract. You'll be right at the heart of the employee experience, delivering a high-quality HR administration service across the full employee lifecycle.

If you enjoy working with HR systems and data, take pride in accuracy, and love being a go-to person for queries, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as an ambassador for the HR service, championing self-service
  • Accurately process HR data, including contractual changes and leaver documentation
  • Draft and issue contracts and terms and conditions letters
  • Support key HR activities such as pay reviews and employee communications
  • Be the first point of contact for HR queries, providing clear and friendly guidance
  • Maintain secure and accurate personnel records in line with GDPR
  • Support HR projects and help identify process improvements

What We’re Looking For

Essential

  • Previous HR administration experience and HR systems knowledge
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Customer-focused, organised, and able to meet deadlines
  • Confident handling queries by phone and email
  • Strong team player with a professional approach and respect for confidentiality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Desirable

  • Experience using iTrent
  • HR Shared Services experience

The role is based at our T3 Birmingham office (near the airport), with a hybrid working pattern of three days in the office and two days from home. Our core office hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and we are happy to consider flexible working arrangements.
