You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past.</p><p></p><p>This position is responsible for contributing to all aspects of development and delivery for PPAI’s client content publications, including topic selection, editing, production, and publishing for websites and newsletters, with a focus on trending topics and campaign spotlights. The selected candidate will package written and video content on branded merchandise trends, creative campaigns, case studie,s and market research, playing a key role in optimizing content to high-impact audiences.</p><p></p><p><u><b>REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES</b></u></p><ul><li><p><b>Communication Excellence</b> – Clearly conveys ideas through well-written, engaging content and collaborates effectively with stakeholders and contributors.</p></li><li><p><b>Content Strategy & Judgment</b> – Selects relevant topics and content formats aligned with brand guidelines, audience needs, and organizational goals.</p></li><li><p><b>Deadline & Priority Management</b> – Thrives in a deadline-centric environment while managing multiple projects and overlapping priorities.</p></li><li><p><b>Attention to Detail</b> – Ensures accuracy, consistency, and quality through strong editing, fact-checking, and adherence to style guidelines.</p></li><li><p><b>Adaptability</b> – Responds effectively to shifting priorities, emerging trends, and unexpected changes in content direction.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>WHAT WILL YOU DO</u></b></p><p><b>Essential Functions and Primary Duties</b></p><ul><li><p>Select, edit and produce written content for PPAI publications with an emphasis on driving end-buyer interest and affinity.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate to develop a content calendar that is to include overlapping deadlines and priorities.
