Job Description The Head of Risk & Compliance will oversee enterprise-wide risk management and regulatory compliance for fintech platforms in Dubai. You will lead the risk framework, manage regulatory relationships, and ensure operational and financial controls meet DIFC/ADGM and UAE Central Bank standards. Responsibilities Develop and implement enterprise risk and compliance frameworks. Monitor and report operational, credit, and market risks. Engage with regulators and manage audits and inspections. Advise executive leadership on risk and regulatory matters. Lead, mentor, and develop risk and compliance teams. Qualifications Needed Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, or Law; professional certifications preferred. 10+ years experience in risk and compliance within fintech or banking.
