What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef in a high-volume, high-quality restaurant.
  • Ability to handle large covers in a short timeframe, without compromising quality.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • A highly organized, detail-focused, and disciplined approach to kitchen operations.
  • Full understanding of food health and safety regulations.
  • A passion for Asian cuisine – experience in Japanese or Chinese food is a plus!

Your Role

As Head Chef, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional food experience while managing a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. You will:

  • Lead and inspire your kitchen team to produce outstanding, consistent dishes.
  • Ensure flawless execution of recipe specifications to maintain our high standards.
  • Manage high cover numbers efficiently while maintaining top-tier quality control.
  • Oversee food purchasing, stock control, and kitchen GP, ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Implement and uphold strict food hygiene and safety protocols.
  • Work closely with Senior Leadership Team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
  • Create and maintain kitchen rotas, managing wage costs in line with budget expectations.
  • Drive a culture of discipline, organisation, and passion for Asian cuisine.
