WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Check-in and check-out all guests in a timely manner to ensure guest satisfaction. Handle simple to complex calculations including credit cards and cash. Greets and assists guests with directions to their room, meeting or event.
  • Entertains questions from guests and responds with appropriate and accurate information on topics such as outlet hours, local attractions, directions to events, etc.
  • Fields guest complaints, conducting thorough research to develop the most effective solutions and negotiates results. Listens and extend assistance in order to resolve problems such as price conflicts, insufficient heating or air conditioning, etc. Remains calm and alert especially during emergency situations and heavy resort activity. Plans and implements detailed steps by using experienced judgment and discretion.
  • Maintains appearance of resort lobby, removes trash, organizes furniture, etc. Other duties as assigned by Management.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 1+ years of hospitality experience.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desired.
  • You're highly creative, with strong interpersonal skills!
  • Professional phone etiquette, writing skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Well organized, detail-oriented, with excellent follow-up skills.
