Intro In this role, you will have a direct impact on shaping Siemens Digital Industries’ global pricing strategy. As Global Pricing Manager, you will drive end-to-end pricing processes across domains and zones to safeguard and improve profitability and optimize performance. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Product Management, you will define global standards, harmonize processes, and continuously improve pricing effectiveness. You’ll make an impact by Lead and shape DI wide foundational pricing capabilities and pricing strategy for verticals, customer segments, sales channels Shaping pricing requirements/ standards together with CPQ & IT Teams Enable the implementation and usage of AI-based pricing solutions in collaboration with delivery teams Strengthening price setting and execution across zones geographical Zones (AMS, EMEA, AP, CN and GER) Standardizing of price approval process together with Zone and Country Pricing Managers Collaborating closely with Zone Pricing Managers and addressing capability gaps in foundational pricing skills Developing Analytics and dashboards, KPIs to measure the effectiveness of pricing strategies and approval processes Your defining qualities Education: Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field Experience & Skills Several years of experience in B2B Pricing as local or global Pricing Mgr., Commercial Manager or Pricing Consultant Strong commercial knowledge and understanding of financial and market implications of pricing strategies Excellent analytical skills and ability to derive actionable recommendations Proven project and change management experience at senior management level Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal Ways of working Highly results-oriented with strong ability to track progress against plans Proactive, assertive, and collaborative team player Strong influencing and facilitation skills across cross-functional groups Languages: Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are beneficial You are much more than your qualifications, and we believe in the potential of every single candidate.
