Job Description

Oversee Official Esports Operations

  • Covering all aspects such as league operations, player/team management, marketing, sponsorship opportunities and other related areas.
  • Manage vendors/event organizers (if any) to ensure smooth execution of tournaments and events.
  • Execute league operations SOPs across tournaments, including adapting and enforcing global rulebooks, competitive formats, and scoring systems.
  • Oversee live match operations and resolve disputes or escalations with professionalism and fairness.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for professional teams and players, fostering strong relationships and addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Develop and implement policies for player conduct to ensure adherence to league rules and professional standards.
  • Collaborate with content and broadcast teams to align schedules, storylines, and on-air segments to enhance audience engagement.

Oversee Local Community Esports Initiatives

  • Develop and maintain guidelines, platforms, and corresponding resources for local community tournaments.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact to process applications, coordinate, and provide all the required resources needed to community organizers.
  • Provide regular reports on the number and quality of local community tournaments.

Develop Local Strategic Esports Partnerships

  • Develop strategic partnerships within the local esports ecosystem by engaging college esports clubs, state esports organizations, sponsors, professional esports organizations, and other key stakeholders to grow the reach, scale, and overall quality of our esports.
Job Requirements
  • Open to fresh graduates or professionals with 1+ years of experience in esports operations, event management, or a related field.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by tournament schedules. This role may involve frequent regional travel to various countries for work-related assignments.
  • Proficient in Spanish, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of competitive integrity, player behavior policies, and dispute resolution.
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiar with esports rulesets, formats, and compliance frameworks from top titles (CODM, PUBG, Valorant, Fortnite etc.).
  • Good understanding of the Battle Royale genre and its competitive esports ecosystem.
  • Strong problem-solving and crisis management skills during live events.

The role is based in United States and will be offered on a fixed-term contract basis.
