We are seeking a Recruiter (with 2 or more years of experience in a recruiting function) who is driven, personable, and is excited by the challenge to help grow our organization. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sourcing, screening, and successfully placing candidates in a fast paced environment; while demonstrating a strong understanding of the skills and qualifications required for such roles. They should be able to effectively assist managers, senior leaders and Human Resources with recruiting candidates and be able to present metrics on a weekly basis.

This role requires a strategic thinker and self starter who can effectively manage relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. The Recruiter will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce and ensuring we attract top talent to meet our organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Must be able to partner with hiring managers and HR team effectively.
  • Collaborate with the team to deeply understand hiring needs.
  • Has strong ability to assess talent.
  • Collaborating with Human Resources to ensure the hiring process is smooth from recruitment to onboarding.
  • Work with the team to develop full cycle hiring strategies and interview criteria/questions for each role.
  • Ability to source qualified candidates, review resumes, and pre-screen candidates
  • Improve relationships with the hiring managers and effectively build a pipeline of talent for the business.
  • Build out and update key metrics and present weekly to Human Resources.
  • Manage multiple open roles simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient recruitment processes.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS.
  • Ensure communications of new hires, and request access to ensure they have the tools needed for their day 1.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a plus, but not required.

Skills:

  • Experienced Recruiter (2 or more years of experience in a recruiting function)
  • Charismatic, personable, and able to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Competitive mindset with a drive to meet and exceed performance goals.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple roles.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
  • Creative thinker who can identify unique sourcing strategies and approach challenges from different angles.
  • Looking for a challenge to build out and improve processes in a small organization.
