We’re looking for a Vue 3 Frontend Developer with exceptional UI/UX design skills to join us as a part-time contractor, with the potential to transition into a full-time role. What You’ll Be Doing • UI/UX Excellence: Design and implement intuitive, visually stunning interfaces that elevate the user experience and reduce friction for all user types. • Vue 3 Development: Build and maintain responsive, high-performance components using Vue 3 and Pinia, following best practices for clean, maintainable code. • Feature Implementation: Lead the development of complex new features, including integrations and workflows, that solve real-world problems for enterprise users. • Scalability Focus: Ensure the platform’s frontend performs smoothly as we scale to accommodate an expanding user base and enterprise-grade demands. • Third-Party Integrations: Collaborate with the team to implement integrations with background check providers, job boards, and other critical systems. • Collaboration: Work closely with backend engineers, product managers, and non-technical stakeholders to deliver cohesive solutions. What You Bring • Vue 3 Expertise: Strong experience building high-quality, maintainable Vue.js applications with Pinia for state management. • UI/UX Design Skills: A sharp eye for design with a proven ability to create user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing interfaces. • Component Libraries: Experience building reusable components and leveraging libraries to accelerate development while maintaining a consistent design system. • Performance Optimization: Proficiency in optimizing applications for speed and scalability. • Collaboration and Communication: Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively across teams. • Portfolio: A standout portfolio showcasing past projects that demonstrate your ability to solve complex UI/UX challenges and deliver results.
