KidVentures Indoor Playground is a fun, safe, and welcoming parent-supervised indoor play space where children can explore and play while caregivers remain responsible for supervision. We are a community-focused, family-friendly business looking for friendly, dependable team members to help keep the facility running smoothly.

Position Overview

As a Playground Attendant, you will support daily operations by greeting families, selling passes and merchandise, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring playground rules are followed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet families, check in guests, and answer general questions
  • Clearly and politely remind guests of playground rules and safety guidelines
  • Monitor the play area to ensure rules are being followed (parent-supervised environment)
  • Communicate with parents or guardians if safety concerns or rule violations arise
  • Maintain cleanliness of the facility (play structures, seating areas, restrooms, etc.)
  • Assist with birthday parties, group events, and special activities
  • Handle front-desk duties such as waivers, basic transactions, and scheduling
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures as scheduled

Important Note

  • This is a parent-supervised playground.
  • Staff do not provide childcare or direct supervision of children.
  • Employees are responsible for enforcing facility rules and maintaining a safe environment.

Qualifications

  • Friendly, professional, and confident when communicating with adults
  • Comfortable enforcing rules in a calm, respectful manner
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Customer-service focused with a positive attitude
  • Able to stay active and move around the facility during shifts
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Experience in customer service, hospitality, or family-oriented environments is a plus but not required.

Schedule & Availability

  • Weekdays, weekends, and holidays may be required
