Our Team: Our Science & Regulatory team, as part of Klick's Medical Craft, is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance in healthcare communications. This dedicated group of medical writers, editors, and regulatory affairs experts meticulously reviews every piece of content, ensuring it aligns with industry regulations and contributes to better health outcomes. As we build our practice in the EMEA region everyone is expected to wear a lot of hats and you’ll be no exception. Your day could include anything from proofreading to client meetings and everything in between. Position Details: This is a freelance position with fluctuating hours per week. The position will be completed remotely from within France. Responsibilities: • Editing, fact-checking, and proofreading clinical and patient-focused content • Attending inter-departmental meetings, regulatory review meetings, and/or client calls • Regulatory submission preparation and content change management • Maintaining style guides and core claims documents • Acting as a regulatory compliance consultant • Manage day-to-day projects and assure the delivery of those projects on time and within budget, while maintaining high client satisfaction • Collaborate with your team internally and externally (with vendor/partners) to ensure precise project execution, guaranteeing adherence to processes and regulatory requirements • Handling Veeva PromoMats uploads and client feedback gathering • Meet challenging deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to flawless execution to consistently exceed client expectations • Support delivery on key brand objectives, ensuring they seamlessly integrate into our strategic recommendations • Assist with project budgets with direction from your leadershipCollaborate with cross-functional teams in the delivery of launch programs • Maintain an action and solution-oriented approach at all times • Ensure that all communications reflect Klick Health standards and contribute to a positive client experience • Thoroughly grasp clients, industry dynamics, competitors, key drivers, and the evolving business environment Requirements: • Experience in medical editing or medical proofreading • Must have excellent written and verbal communication in French and English • Experience working in an advertising agency is preferred • Extreme attention to detail • Confidence in your ability to flawlessly proofread content • Experience and understanding of the Veeva PromoMats would be beneficial • Bonus: Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory affairs #LI-CB1 #LI-Hybrid Klick is consciously creating a culture where everyone can thrive and grow in their careers.
