Positions Available:

Forklift Operators (Clamp)
1st Shift: 6:45 AM – 5:30 PM
2nd Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Pay rate: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour DOE

Shipping Clerk
1st Shift
Pay rate: $16.50 per hour

Scanner
1st Shift
Pay rate: $15.50 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

Forklift Operator (Clamp):
Operate a sit-down, clamp, or reach forklift to transport, load, unload, and store materials.
Use RF scanners to track inventory movement with accuracy.
Handle and move large, bulky, or palletized materials safely and efficiently.
Pull and prepare product for shipment ensuring accuracy and care.
Participate in physical inventory and cycle counts as needed.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization within work areas.
Assist in general warehouse duties as assigned.

Shipping Clerk:
Prepare, process, and document outgoing shipments to ensure products are delivered accurately and on time.
Manage inventory, labeling, and shipping documentation.
Coordinate with carriers and logistics teams to schedule pickups and deliveries.
Maintain detailed shipping records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Verify shipment contents against purchase orders and packing lists.
Work in a warehouse or distribution environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Scanner:
Convert physical documents, records, or images into digital formats using high-speed scanning equipment.
Prepare and organize documents prior to scanning.
Ensure high-quality image capture and proper file formatting.
Index and upload files into databases for accurate and searchable recordkeeping.
Perform routine equipment maintenance to ensure optimal scanner performance.
Maintain secure handling of sensitive and confidential documents.

Requirements:

Forklift Operator:
-1–3 years of forklift experience in a warehouse or logistics setting (Clamp preferred).
-Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly.
-Must be able to stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift for a minimum of 8 hours.
-Experience in fast-paced environments preferred.
-Strong attention to safety and detail.

Shipping Clerk:
-Previous warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience preferred.
-Strong organizational and documentation skills.
-Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, shipping software, or warehouse systems).
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
-Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with carriers and team members.

Scanner:
-Previous experience in document scanning, data entry, or administrative support preferred.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-Basic computer skills and familiarity with document management systems.
-Ability to sit or stand for extended periods as required.
