THE JOB:
Join the sky-high team at MGM Resorts International as a Corporate Flight Attendant, delivering world-class service and ensuring the safety of our VIP passengers aboard private company aircraft. This role is perfect for polished professionals with a passion for hospitality and the ability to remain calm and confident in any situation.


THE STARTING RATE: $45.00 hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Perform duties assigned by the Pilot in Command, Chief Flight Attendant, or Assistant Chief Flight Attendant

  • Maintain required periodic certification on emergency procedures and AED/CPR procedures

  • Assume complete charge of passengers and aircraft during normal and emergency situations, when necessary, maintain order and calm in the cabin at all times while the aircraft is under way

  • Provide emergency medical assistance for passengers when required

  • Conduct aircraft pre-flight procedures and ensure all the safety, galley and cabin equipment is ready for the flight

  • Provide superior customer experience for passengers

  • Ensure the catering order is complete and the needs of their particular flight is satisfied

  • Adhere to the flight procedures to include arriving one and a half hours before each flight to adequately prepare for flight as well as follow chain of command to resolve issues that arise during day-to-day operations

  • Follow Company policies and procedures and all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • 2+ years of prior relevant experience as a corporate and/or airline flight attendant required, 3+ years preferred

  • Must be at least 21 years of age

  • Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
