We are seeking an experienced Fleet Manager / Service Manager / Mechanic to become an integral part of our team! Every day can be a little different. Here’s a rundown of what you’ll be doing.

  • Maintenance of our fleet of Gas and Diesel Isuzu, Fuzo, and Ford F-550 trucks and Custom Trailers , Mercedes Sprinter Vans and company cars.
  • Maintenance of our commercial power washers and burners, sandblasting rigs, pumps, hardware, and plumbing.
  • We build our own work trucks in-house. We’ll teach you how they go together and you’ll continually be looking for ways to make them even better as we continue to grow our fleet.
  • Keeping the warehouse and shop stocked, clean and organized.
  • Some travel may be required from time to time when service issues arise in the field.
  • Taking calls from installers to troubleshoot equipment problems.
  • Working with owner and team to develop and improve systems.
  • Some welding and fabrication will be required periodically.
  • Becoming an expert in this position so you’ll be ready to manage additional team members that will be needed as we continue to grow.

This position will have a variable work schedule. Weekends will be required since that’s when the trucks are back in from the field. The better you are at keeping our fleet operating smoothly, the fewer hours will be necessary. We do have extra vehicles in our fleet, so major issues can be addressed during the week until they’re ready to go back into rotation.Qualifications we’re looking for in an ideal candidate:

  • Previous experience as a mechanic, service manager, or fleet manager.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Strong attention to detail required.
  • Experience working with power washers or small engines is strongly desired.
  • Basic to advanced welding skills are strongly desired.
  • A positive attitude and a desire to be part of a winning team.
