Collaborate with other sales associates and store management to ensure a seamless customer experience. Stay knowledgeable about PUMA's return and exchange policies and assist customers with any questions or concerns. Attend product training sessions to enhance knowledge of PUMA products and new releases. Serve as a brand ambassador for PUMA by demonstrating a passion for fitness and fashion and upholding the company's values and image.
