Overview of the role

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner – Aftersales to join our team in Dubai. This mid-management role focuses on steering the end-to-end finance business partnering of the Aftersales business, with a strong focus on improving financial performance, system implementation, digital transformation, and business process excellence.

The role is instrumental in driving financial planning, budgeting, advanced analytics, and reporting, while leading AI-enabled initiatives to enhance profitability, automation, and operational efficiency across Aftersales operations.


What you will do

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for Aftersales operations.

• Perform variance analysis and shop-level profitability reviews to support business growth and expansion initiatives.

• Deliver data-driven analytics using advanced AI-enabled tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, and Tableau, developing predictive and prescriptive insights to support decision-making.

• Leverage automation and analytics platforms to streamline reporting, enhance data governance, and reduce manual interventions in finance processes.

• Conduct regular reviews of financial performance, trial balances, and related schedules to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Oversee monthly closing activities and ensure timely recognition of robust financial results within group timelines.

• Represent Aftersales Finance in the development and implementation of new systems and process automation initiatives.

• Prepare and present accurate management reports, dashboards, and performance insights using advanced visualization and analytics platforms.

• Promote continuous improvement, digital transformation, and AI-driven efficiencies within Aftersales Finance.

• Ensure full compliance with company procedures, policies, and DOA requirements.


Skills

Required skills to be successful

• Qualification in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent certification preferred.

• 4–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the automotive industry.

• Considerable hands-on experience and strong exposure to AI-driven analytics and automation tools, particularly Alteryx, Power BI, and Tableau.

• Strong working knowledge of SAP (preferably S/4HANA), Microsoft Office, and business intelligence platforms.
