Learn more at WHAT YOU WILL DO Reporting to our Sr. Manager, Finance & Data Analytics, you’ll be at the center of decision-making, helping leadership see the full story behind the numbers. Your main responsibilities will include: • Partner with Sales Operations to track and interpret sales pipeline dynamics, identifying risks and opportunities that tie directly to financial goals. • Drive the annual budgeting process and create trackable frameworks to measure performance throughout the year. • Lead monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and provide clear, actionable commentary for leadership. • Maintain and update our operating model, connecting sales pipeline activity and operational metrics to financial outcomes. • Present insights and recommendations to senior leaders that shape sales strategy, operating decisions, and investment priorities. • Provide ad hoc analysis that answers urgent business questions and informs strategic moves. • Take on broader responsibilities as our division continues to grow, with increasing ownership and cross-functional visibility. WHAT YOU BRING You’ll thrive in this role if you are analytical, proactive, and energized by solving complex problems. To succeed, you should bring: • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field. • At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or business intelligence/data analytics. • Strong Excel skills (modeling, pivot tables, charts, variance analysis) and experience with Power BI. • Excellent communication skills—the ability to tell clear, compelling stories with data for senior audiences. • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a track record of taking ownership and driving growth. • Bonus points if you have experience with budgeting/forecasting software, sales pipeline forecasting in B2B/SaaS or insurance/benefits, or advanced credentials (MBA, CFA, CPA).
