About the Role: Key Responsibilities and Expectations As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of customer inquiries, including product information, benefits, claims resolution, eligibility, and billing questions. Your expertise and knowledge will empower you to proactively provide education and information to our members, providers, and brokers, ensuring they are well-informed and equipped to make the most of our services. Some of the key responsibilities of this role include: Answering member, provider, and broker inquiries in a timely and professional manner, utilizing a call center environment to deliver exceptional customer service Providing first-level problem resolution, gathering and researching information, examining claim submissions, and resolving issues based on applicable policies and procedures Utilizing knowledge of products and contractual provisions to provide customer service and education, interpret contractual language, and determine the need for managed care initiatives Delivering accurate information to customers in accordance with performance goals and objectives, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty Maintaining customer records by updating account information, effectively utilizing our enrollment/inquiry tracking system and processes Participating in ongoing education related to new services, industry topics, and skills, ensuring your knowledge and expertise remain up-to-date and aligned with industry best practices Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, skills, and experience that demonstrate your ability to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
