Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Control Standards Data Analyst to join our team as a full-time remote data entry specialist. As a key member of our Quality Control Strategies and Guidelines Group, you will play a crucial role in driving a culture of safety, efficiency, and innovation by analyzing statistical trends and performance metrics to improve the Quality Control division. Key Responsibilities Perform and assist others in the Quality Control team in optimal data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data elements Assist in creating and presenting results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical stakeholders and leaders Help investigate critical ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging maintenance issues and provide logical responses to enable senior management to make informed business decisions while balancing existing project responsibility Presentation of insights, trends, and potential recommendations using data visualization tools supporting the relevant aspects of the analysis to facilitate stakeholder understanding Assist in developing and distributing specific queries to pull and integrate data from various sources, establishing the frequency, and validating the necessity of the data requirements Identify irregularities in processes through audits and convey findings to the team Evaluate the effectiveness of processes and methods by monitoring for trends and anomalies Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the center of every decision May perform other work duties as directed by the Team Leader Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Strong ability to collect, organize, analyze critical amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal Ability to evaluate business issues, identify valuable opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics Proficient in arenaflex Office Knowledge of data visualization tools and capabilities, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase, is preferred Ability to grasp the issue, to summarize, and perform root cause analysis on data, and provide recommendations using logic and reasoning Preferred Qualifications Past internship, capstone projects, and research coursework is preferred Ability to work effectively in a strong support/team-oriented environment Ability to commit to responsibilities independently and be a self-motivated individual Past internship experience in a related field is preferred Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately Ability to plan and support large business initiatives Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
