Job Overview In this critical role, you will engage directly with our clients to review their media investments, identify opportunities for optimization and growth, and develop strategic plans to elevate their understanding of our customers. You will work closely with our sales and account management teams to formulate media strategies that drive business results, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement test and learn plans. As a subject matter expert in media performance reporting, you will provide actionable insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and external clients, and oversee the development of best practices in media performance evaluation, data visualization, and standardized reporting. Key Responsibilities Creates annual strategic learning plans for businesses supported, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives Leads Quarterly Business Review Process with top clients, providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations for future media investments Serves as the subject matter expert for media performance reporting, synthesizing disparate data from multiple sources into actionable insights and recommendations Develops and delivers data stories that support key deliverables, such as sales pitches and case studies, to internal and external stakeholders Oversees omnichannel advertising efforts, aggregating insights from multiple sources to support client-facing teams and drive business results Partners with Product and Ad Tech teams to provide input on reporting capabilities based on client feedback, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance Integrates knowledge across the Customer Insights & Analytics team to bring relevant insights to the arenaflex retail media business, highlighting the state of our customers and driving strategic decision-making Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills. The following qualifications are required: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, or Applied Quantitative, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in insights and analytics 3-5 years of experience in retail media or general media analytics, with a proven track record of driving business results through data-driven insights Experience in analytical, decision-making, and project management, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines Experience storytelling with data, presenting complex insights in a compelling and easy-to-understand way to internal and external stakeholders Experience with A/B testing, experimental design, and statistical analysis, with the ability to apply these skills to drive business outcomes Proficiency in arenaflex Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar software Preferred Qualifications The following qualifications are preferred, but not required: Master's Degree in a related field, such as Market Research, Behavioral Psychology, or MBA, with a focus on analytics, marketing, or business strategy Leading teams and proven business impact, with experience managing global teams and driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Experience working in a retail environment, with a deep understanding of the retail media landscape and the ability to apply this knowledge to drive business outcomes Working with analytic/research software, such as SPSS, Wincross, Sawtooth, SAS, Decipher, Qualtrics, or similar tools, with the ability to apply these skills to drive business insights Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
