About the Role: Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist – Remote We are seeking professional and skilled candidates to work in a remote environment, who can excel both individually and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will possess the top four qualifications: reliability, a positive attitude, excellent listening skills, and the ability to solve problems effectively. This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities, challenging you daily to grow and develop as a customer service professional. Key Responsibilities: Answering phone calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner, responding to inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective way. Focusing on customer retention, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Providing customers with information about arenaflex's service standards, policies, and procedures. Identifying, escalating, and reporting priority issues to high-level management, ensuring that all concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently. Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring that customers are directed to the right person or department. Following up on complicated customer calls, providing additional support and resolution as needed. Completing call notes and call reports, updating them in our CRM system to ensure that all customer interactions are documented accurately. Obtaining and evaluating relevant data to handle and document complaints and inquiries, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction. Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions. Performing other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Bilingual skills are a plus, allowing you to communicate effectively with a diverse range of customers. Some sales and customer service experience, demonstrating your ability to work in a customer-facing environment. Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication, with proper grammar and syntax. Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Some experience with MS Excel is a plus, allowing you to analyze and interpret data to inform customer service decisions. Able to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations, demonstrating emotional intelligence and composure under pressure.
