Job Summary We are seeking an experienced HEDIS Reviewer II to join our team on a remote basis. As a HEDIS Reviewer II, you will be responsible for interpreting relevant clinical criteria, reviewing medical records, annotating clinical information via Adobe PDF, and populating a data collection tool to support compliance with HEDIS and CMS performance measures. This is a unique opportunity to work on a critical project that requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities Interpret relevant clinical criteria through review of medical records to ensure compliance with HEDIS and CMS performance measures Annotate clinical information via Adobe PDF and populate a data collection tool to support quality reporting Ensure accurate and complete documentation of required information to meet risk management, regulatory, and accreditation requirements Participate in the collection and review of medical records to abstract clinical information for HEDIS quality reporting Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and accuracy in review processes Adhere to project timelines and deadlines to ensure successful project completion Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required 1-3 seasons of experience auditing and abstracting medical records required Proficient with databases and conducting 100% of work activities on the computer Must commit to the duration of the project with the understanding that work hours can be varied Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, health information management) Experience working with HEDIS and CMS performance measures Familiarity with quality reporting and risk management principles Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Attention to detail and ability to accurately annotate clinical information Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret clinical criteria and ensure compliance with HEDIS and CMS performance measures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team Proficiency with Adobe PDF and data collection tools Strong organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlines Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At A-Line Staffing Solutions, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
