Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional service to our clients. As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work from home and be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering outstanding results. You'll be responsible for completing industry-leading training programs, making outbound and inbound calls to clients and potential clients, and utilizing the Zoom platform to educate and sell life and supplemental health insurance products. Key Responsibilities Complete our comprehensive training program to develop a deep understanding of our products and services Make outbound and inbound calls to clients and potential clients to set appointments and provide exceptional customer service Utilize the Zoom platform to educate and sell life and supplemental health insurance products to clients and potential clients Assist clients and potential clients in completing electronic applications and provide support throughout the sales process Attend team training sessions twice a week to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices Essential Qualifications Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues Competitive spirit with a desire for excellence and a passion for delivering outstanding results Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in arenaflex Office and other software applications High School Diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the insurance industry Strong knowledge of life and supplemental health insurance products and services Experience with Zoom or other video conferencing platforms Proven track record of success in a sales or customer service role, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Excellent communication skills : The ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues, both written and verbal Strong interpersonal skills : The ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, and to work effectively in a team environment Technical skills : Proficiency in arenaflex Office and other software applications, as well as experience with Zoom or other video conferencing platforms Problem-solving skills : The ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results Time management skills : The ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results Career Growth Opportunities At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
