Job Description We are seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Protection and Travel Security individual to coordinate and support our global executive protection (EP) operations. This position requires a strategic thinker with operational experience in protective services, travel risk management, vendor coordination, and high-level administrative support. The role involves close collaboration with EP teams, executive assistants, and external partners to ensure the seamless execution of EP movements, event security, travel safety, and overall protection logistics for senior leadership. Key Responsibilities: Executive Protection Operations: • Coordinate and support the execution of executive protection movements, including travel and events. • Conduct and/or oversee complex advanced work and risk assessments for domestic and international trips. • Provide strategic input and tactical oversight for EP deployments, crisis response, and contingency planning. • Interface with executive assistants, regional security leads, and external agencies to align security operations with business needs. • Develop and manage executive protection protocols, ensuring compliance with internal confidentiality and safety standards. Logistics and Administrative Management: • Manage scheduling of EP-related activities, team deployments, briefings, and advance work. • Manage documentation and internal calendars related to security operations and executive travel. • Monitor outstanding tasks and deliverables across the EP team and coordinate follow-arenaflex to ensure execution. • Manage purchase orders, invoicing, and budget tracking for EP operations. • Provide regular updates to the Vice President of Crisis, Security, and Safety and handle ad hoc administrative and operational tasks. Travel Security: • Coordinate emergency protocols with regional security leads and monitor international developments affecting executive travel. • Build and maintain a vetted network of in-country resources and response vendors. • Manage global travel security policy and training programs. Vendor and Stakeholder Management: • Serve as the primary liaison with contracted EP providers. • Manage vendor performance, negotiate service agreements, and ensure SLA adherence. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., legal, HR, communications) to align security initiatives with business priorities. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Administration, or related field. • 5+ years of relevant experience in executive protection, corporate security, or travel risk management. • 2–4 years in a logistical or administrative role supporting security or EP teams. • Valid U.S. passport and driver’s license with a clean record. • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (infrequently). Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience with federal, state, or local law enforcement or military service. • Experience supervising or coordinating EP teams or large-scale security operations. • Familiarity with travel tracking software, security risk intelligence platforms, and communications tools. • Investigative or analytical experience in high-risk environments. • International work experience or foreign language proficiency. • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills with a tactful, diplomatic approach. • Proven ability to work independently, handle sensitive information discreetly, and make critical decisions under pressure. Additional Information This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $64000 - $95,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a Sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
