Your Future Team Hightower's Advisor Services team focuses on serving as an organic growth and practice management partner for Advisor Businesses through coordinating with different Corporate Departments to deliver strategic programs to Advisor Businesses. Reporting to the West Region Head, you will help use your knowledge to guide strategic decision-making and enhance our organization's impact. You will be a strategic thinker, a skilled relationship builder, and passionate about applying the organic growth model to increase organizational growth and impact. What You'll Do We will ask you to travel to our Advisory practices based on the West Coast 50% of the month. If you are based in the LA, Chicago or NYC area, we will require you to come into our office Monday-Thursday on the weeks when you are not traveling. Practice Management • Lead advisor businesses through Hightower's practice management model (strategic planning, pipeline optimization, P&L management, etc.). • Partner with FP&A leadership to forecast annual budgets; guide advisor practices through budgeting process. • Conduct the necessary technical analysis of a given issue to make relevant recommendations to the Region Head. Regional Engagement & Growth Strategy • Develop, together with Region Head, growth strategies for all assigned advisor practices • Identify opportunities for organic growth. • Work with Hightower's Growth Optimization and Wealth Solutions teams to further the use of Hightower solutions within advisor practices. What You'll Bring • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred. • 12+ years of experience in wealth management, specifically in working with advisors in a supervisory, relationship management, or consulting capacity. A high degree of direct experience working with advisors is a requirement for this role. • Experience building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. • Ability to both represent Hightower home office as a senior leader, while also possessing the requisite skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) to drive a project to completion.
