This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: EMEA Event Marketing Manager, EMEA Location: Remote, UK Employment Type: Full-Time Summary Reporting to the Director of Strategic Events, the Event Marketing Manager, EMEA is responsible for end‑to‑end planning of OneStream’s experiential flagship events and aligned customer marketing programs. This role partners across marketing, communications, and GTM teams to deliver high‑impact experiences that support brand awareness, pipeline growth, customer adoption, retention, and overall impact to revenue. It also supports a centralized event framework with localized execution across demand and lead generation, content/programming, creative, event management, and technology. In addition, this role provides regional events operations support for OneStream user groups in EMEA. In partnership with the Customer User Group Program Manager, the role helps plan and execute EMEA user group meetings, supports regional user group leaders, and assists with the operational requirements to launch new user groups in priority EMEA markets. Primary Duties and Responsibilities • Support the global strategy, goals, and objectives for proprietary event programs (i.e.: OneStream Splash, OneStream World Tour, OneStream user groups) globally, with a hyper focus on EMEA programs. • Effectively manage global budgets, timelines, and resource allocation across regions, including the negotiation and delivery of all associated supplier contracts. • Works with regional field marketing and sales leaders to define local campaign adaptation and execution strategies. • Leverages corporate campaigns in tandem with event marketing programs to drive full-funnel demand generation and brand awareness. • Implement tracking and reporting best practices according to the global campaign framework. • Foster strong cross-functional collaboration and alignment in a matrixed model with regional teams, stakeholders, and agency partners. • Partner with senior leadership in the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of large-scale events worldwide. • Provide “on the ground” support, guidance, leadership and partnership to regional field marketing and GTM teams for key program responsibilities. • Assist in the creation of leadership reviews, post-event debriefs, program reviews, QBRs, and comprehensive reporting of metrics and KPIs to improve and report on impact of programs. • Identify and implement best practices, innovations, and emerging trends in event marketing toimprove the customer experience and business outcomes. • Provide EMEA event operations support for OneStream user groups, including planning timelines, logistics, vendor sourcing, venue/virtual platform coordination, A/V, registration support, and day-of execution for regional meetings. • Support nurturing and scaling EMEA user groups by enabling consistent meeting cadence, improving attendee experience, and driving adoption of repeatable operational processes across EMEA. • Provide inputs for attendance, engagement, cost tracking, and operational KPIs for EMEA user group meetings, aligned to global tracking and reporting practices. Required Education and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Event Management, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in leading global event programs or field marketing roles, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry. • A successful track record of implementing B2B marketing growth initiatives, campaign management and/or event management. • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements and inform senior leadership. • Experience driving direction, alignment and collaboration with global cross-functional teams, key stakeholders, and agency partners and the ability to manage vendor partnerships across global locations. • Proven track record of managing global budgets and resource allocation. • Familiarity with identifying and implementing best practices, innovations, and emerging trends in event marketing. Preferred Education and Experience • Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline a plus. • Experience supporting or leading large-scale flagship or multi‑country event programs within a global, matrixed organization. • Demonstrated experience working with senior leaders and executive stakeholders, including preparing executive‑level communications, presentations, and post‑event insights. • Experience managing or mentoring junior team members, contractors, or agency partners, with a focus on quality delivery and professional development. • Familiarity with EMEA regional market nuances, cultural considerations, and localized go‑to‑market execution. • Experience with enterprise B2B audiences, particularly finance, technology, or SaaS buyers, strongly preferred.
