Position Overview We’re looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized Event Marketing Assistant to support our Field Event Marketer in planning and executing internal company events, including all-hands meetings, leadership offsites, and team gatherings. This role plays a key part in ensuring events run smoothly from planning through execution, handling logistics, coordination, and follow-through so teams can focus on connection and outcomes. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys operations, thrives on details, and wants hands-on experience supporting a fast-growing, remote-first organization. Responsibilities • Assist with logistics planning for internal company events • Research and coordinate venue bookings for meetings and offsites • Coordinate catering and meal planning (ordering food, arranging dinners) • Support day-of event logistics and setup • Maintain event calendars and timelines • Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders • Track event budgets and expenses • Handle administrative tasks related to event planning Qualifications • Currently enrolled in college or recent graduate (or equivalent experience) • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines • Proficient in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office • Self-motivated and able to work independently • Prior event planning or administrative experience a plus but not required Benefits • Hands-on experience working at a high-growth technology company • A remote yet structured environment • Competitive hourly compensation–$25-30/hour • 10-15 hours/week Apply tot his job
